Access to mental health providers is very important, I would like to understand how others are providing these services.
Mental health prevention is important to avoiding safety issues in a district.
School districts are spending time and money drilling and adding safety measures. Yet the likelihood of having a major event is statistically small.
Children and adults have more and more anxiety issues. Are we creating problems while trying to solve something not solvable?
Getting people to understand how to truly build safety through relationships.
If people do not feel connected OR operate in hidden isolation they can and will do dangerous and harmful things.
Communication during the crisis
How do we build math confidence among our teachers?

I have been attending Professional Development opportunities for two decades and this Thoughtexchange event was the first one that had me so engaged that I attended every session that was made available. I left feeling inspired to implement change and motivate my team of administrators to push our collective limits.
